LIGHT AND DELICIOUS FOR YOUR STAND-UP RECEPTION
Savoury snacks such as spicy mini-croissants or the good old buttered pretzel, as well as Danish pastries and fruit, are all ideal for stand-up receptions and can be put together in various different individual ways. Finger foods on a skewer and fine morsels in a glass will upgrade the look of your event – a feast for your eyes and for your taste buds!
LUNCH BUFFET and EVENING BUFFETS
Our 3-course lunch buffet, which consists of starter, main course and dessert, can be put together individually for you, or according to the season. In addition to this, you can choose from three buffet variations for the evening:
- With the Countryside buffet, there are Swabian specialities such as Swabian potato salad, 'Maultaschen', 'Käsespätzle' and 'Ofenschlupfer'.
- With the City buffet, the style is more cosmopolitan – sophisticated main courses and French and Italian desserts will leave nothing to be desired even for those from the big city.
